Nasdaq Signal Board

How it works

The signal

Both panels apply the same four rules, each on its own candle size, checked every second on the bar still forming:

Rule	Bullish	Bearish
3m	EMA 8 above EMA 21	EMA 8 below EMA 21
5m	MACD above 0	MACD below 0
7m	MACD above 0	MACD below 0
15m	MACD above its signal	MACD below its signal

All four bullish: BULLISH. All four bearish: BEARISH. Anything else: NEUTRAL. MACD is 12/26/9.

The two panels

NDX10 combines the 10 largest Nasdaq-100 weights (official index weights rescaled to 100%, Hyperliquid prices; 1000 = the basket's reference close). NAS100 runs the same rules on the Nasdaq-100 perp itself, XYZ100; its 1m MACD (the first pane under its price chart) is for information only. The panes run from the shortest candle to the longest.

The charts

Zones: a green zone (green ribbon along the bottom, labeled BULLISH zone) is where all four of a panel's rules were bullish at the candle's close; a red zone is where all four were bearish; no color means the rules disagreed (neutral). The zone is the signal, not the candle: a red candle can sit in a green zone. Zones change a few candles after the price turns, because MACD and EMAs follow price. The left chart's zones come from the 10 stocks, the right chart's from the index itself. The forming candle shows the signal live. ▲ BUY marks the candle where the signal turns bullish, ▼ SELL where it turns bearish. The amber and blue lines are the 3m EMA 8 and EMA 21 that the 3m rule tests, as of each candle's close. On the left chart they are the basket's EMAs scaled to XYZ100's price: EMA 21 sits on XYZ100's EMA 21 and EMA 8 keeps the basket's own gap to it, so they cross exactly when the left 3m rule flips. Drawing tools

The toolbar on the left draws on the price charts: trend line, horizontal and vertical line, rectangle, Fib retracement and measure. Drag from one point to the other, or click one and then the other. Click a drawing to select it, drag it or its handles to move it, and press Delete to remove it. Esc cancels, Ctrl+Z undoes, and Shift+drag measures without picking the tool. Drawings show on both price charts and are saved in this browser.

Data

Prices stream live from Hyperliquid's public API, around the clock, and the signals are recalculated every second. The page keeps nothing about you; your drawings and settings stay in this browser.
